Cristina Zoppi farms her special plot of land in Monferrato organically. What elevates her wine above others is the proponents of limestone and marine sand in her vineyard that provdies freshness and structure. The wine itself is made by legend Cristiano Garella of Colombera & Garella fame. His Alto-Piemonte influence adds a light hand to the winemaking, the result is a wine showing dried roses, cherries and a firm but gentle tannin structure. Superb.
