Yangarra are a biodynamic stalwart of Mclaren Vale helmed by the legendary Pete Fraser for the last 20+ years. First planted in 1967 the estate farms 87 hectares of vines dedicated the varietals of France's Rhone Valley. The Hickinbotham Grenache is from 50 year old vines in Clarendon. The grapes are destemmed and put into amphora for fermentation where they settle for 13 months. Perfumed, structured, bright and loose knit tannins.
