This is the second vintage from the man himself, Jez Shiell. When he's not slinging killer wines at Daylesford venue Winespeake, he's making wines with the help of some pretty big names including Joshua Cooper, Andy Ainsworth and Alan and Nelly of Cobaw Ridge. In his own words the aim of this wine is to produce a natural, unforced wine picked at ultimate ripeness while still maintaining a lightness and freshness in the style of L'Anglore. Great to have Jez and his wine on the shelf of our little shops!
