Riesling from the Antipodes vineyard in the Coal River Valley. The fruit was destemmed and given 48 hours of skin contact before being pressed to old French oak for a long cool ferment. The wine completed malolactic fermentation and spent 1 year in barrel and then 14 months to settle in bottle before release.
