Located on the south coast of Sicily, around 25km from Agrigento lies Passofonduto. In 2015 Giuseppe Cipolla decided to plant vines such as Cataratto, Zibbibo, Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese on a small plot of family owned land. Along with this plot Giuseppe makes small batch minimal intervention wines from 2 other vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years.  

Technically a rosato but drinks more like a light chilled red, this is mainly Nero d'Avola with a splash of Catarratto and Inzolia.
