Bastardo, also known as Trousseau in the Jura and other parts of the world, grown on organically tended soils from 2 vineyards in the extreme climate of Patagonia. With an average age of 50 years these low yielding vines, produce a wine of uncompromising concentration but also a juicy freshness making for an interesting and engaging drink.
