A blend of Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Scheurebe, Wurzer, Faber and Silvaner. All grapes were fermented separately and then had èlevage in old oak for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. The Muller Thurgau and Scheurebe both spent 2 weeks on skins, the other varieties were directly pressed.
