A 50/50 mix of both fruits. The fermentation was simple—Pinot Gris berries floating in Pinot Noir juice for a shortish maceration together. Moved manually and mindfully into aged barrels before bottling in early-mid spring. This results in a bright and joyful wine, that for us is the essence of a mountain top red. - Manon Farm
