Started in 1988 amongst the steep slopes of Bugey in Savoie by brothers Roland & Frédéric the estate now comprises of 16 hectares biodynamically farmed vines, worked by hand. Their Mondeuse shows an elegance the varietal can sometimes overwhelm. The palate is dark berries and plums with a smoky mineral character. A touch of class.
