Established in 1963 by Doctor Max Lake (often considered the man responsible for the modern wine boom), Lake's Folly has garnered a cult following for it's Cabernet blend and Chardonnay. 

Lake's Folly Chardonnay is made from low yielding, estate-grown fruit which is barrel fermented and aged on yeast lees for eight months in French oak. Stonefruit, pear and citrus, medium bodied and elegant on the palate with great acidity, helping to ensure a long life ahead of it.
