I made this Chardonnay my way - picked early to preserve natural freshness. Gently pressed and fermented and aged six months in used French to give texture and just a subtle hint of oak. Only fours barrels were made. The result is a refreshing light Chardonnay with flavours of stone fruit and a hint of citrus - Winemaker Notes
