Traditional method of fermentation of the grapes in contact with the skins, without added yeasts, for about 10 days in stainless steel tanks. 6 months in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging in bottle. The color is ruby red with bright violet reflections. The scent is fresh and pleasantly fruity. The taste is dry and pleasantly bitter with a good and balanced body.
