Some of the greatest Primitivo in all of Puglia comes from the cellars of Fatalone. Organic farming, aging in large vessels and a commitment to history and place.  Dark chewy fruits but with a soft edge. The Riserva sees extended time in both stainless and bottle before release. Interestingly enough for a full bodied wine this is drunk with fish dishes from the region.
