2022 Echo Red comes from the Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris mutant block. Fruit was hand picked, destemmed and left on skins for three weeks. Pressed into and aged in barrel.
The wine is a light red, with a great balance of bright red fruit and savoury, earthy characters. Quite textural, spicy and laced with silky tannin.
