Sometimes it pays to have some big business connections, specifically if you are owned by the Bollinger family.  Sustainbly grown Chenin Blanc, this is not your austere, acid bomb that is so prevalent in young Chenin, it is textural, with breadth, giving those apples and pears room to move on the palate.
