Golden colour. Notes of macadamia, hazelnut, lemon verbena, plus toast with butter and honey. The palate is rich and deep, before a wave of acidity picks everything up and carries it away. Lacquers the mouth and has a salty edge. Crisp apple, lemon and lime, and lots of mineral tension. Exceptionally long and well built – this is a food wine
