Beautiful noble reduction, with orchard fruits shining through. Mineral undertones. A golden colour, almost golden in smell somehow too. Brings back memories of 2009 Overnoy Chardonnay. Golden elixir with honey and tea. The palate is the same, with apples, honey, croissants, butter, stones and almond meal. Length for days and beautiful acidity too.
