A new voice in the region; Dufour took over the family estate in the Cotes-des-Bar in 2004 and ever since has been crafting wines that are the very antithesis to Big Champagne. Biodynamic farming practices, low dosage and zero added SO2 ensure these cuvees are some of the most exciting in the region. 60% Pinot Noir/30% Chardonnay/10% Pinot Blanc from mainly the 2018 vintage but some reserve wines dating back to 2010.
