Achingly beautiful Sardinian rosato made from Cannonau (Grenache) in Mamoiada on the island of Sardinia. Fermented on skins for 40 days before going to large old oak for 10 months, this is weighty, textural and the right amount of rough edges which adds to its authenticity and drinkability.
