Dave Bicknell is more known for his deft hand at Yarra Chardonnay than Pinot but this is an absolute beauty. Sourced from various high quality vineyards around the Yarra this hits all the marks. Dark cherry, red apples and sweet spice all helped along by a few years in bottle.
