After starting his own domaine at the age of 27, Benjamin has managed to accrue 16 hectares of vine in the Languedoc, converting the mostly bush vines farming to organic. With an average vine age of 40 years at altitudes ranging from 250m-400m the wines are authentic, drinkable and approachable, the polar opposite to other young Minervois wines.

60% Cinsault, 20% Carignan, 20% Syrah. The Cinsault is carbonic maceration for 10 days, Carignan de-stemmed and macerated for 7 days and the Syrah directly pressed. Tank only.
