After starting his own domaine at the age of 27, Benjamin has managed to accrue 16 hectares of vine in the Languedoc, converting the mostly bush vines farming to organic. With an average vine age of 40 years at altitudes ranging from 250m-400m the wines are authentic, drinkable and approachable, the polar opposite to other young Minervois wines.

The Blanc is a blend of Terret gris, Grenache gris and Grenache blanc in equal proportions. Directly pressed, èlevage mostly in tank and a small portion of old oak.
