Made from fruit that Al & Adriana have grown on their farm - Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Viognier that was coferemented together, sealed up (carbonic) in a tank for 2 weeks. They then basket pressed it gently to an old barrel with the remainder going to tank. A bit wild (but not too wild) this is best serve chilled.
