90% Pinot Noir from the Radford’s vineyard and 10% Pinot Gris from our Wild Dog site. Our first harvest from this beautiful backyard block gave us delicate small bunches full of flavour and intensity. The Pinot Noir and small Pinot Gris input was kept whole bunch and sealed up for 10 days, before being pressed using an old hand cranked basket press. Aged in a single 225 litre old French barrel for 8 months on full solids this Pinot is extremely limited.
