100% Blaufrankisch, grown on clay and marl soils of Lower Styria.  A pleasing Provençal iteration, given our rosé focus we’re stoked to have sourced a high quality Slovenian pink, especially at this pricing.  11% alcohol, just over 5 grams residual sugar, bursting with a generous fruit palate of redskins and musk sticks, strawberries and raspberries.  Its finish is wrapped up with some thyme herb giving savoury complexity.  Vibrant and super guzzlable, an absolute cracker rosé.
