Ewald and Brigitte Tscheppe are responsible for some of the finest white wines in the natural wine world. Their 'ex vero' wines are a blend of hardonnay & sauvignon blanc (known locally as 'Morillon') which is hand harvested from the the steep hills of their vineyard, of which the chalky marl foundation gives their wines a singular character. Few days of skin contact to give intensity, richness and texture.
