Aged for 12 years in both ex-Pedro Ximinez and ex-Oloroso casks, this is a beautifully balanced whisky. 

Mild citrus & honey on the nose with rich dark fruits, toffee apple & everything Christmas cake on the palate. Butter & chocolate add to the texture as well as taste. 

An after-dinner sipper in front of a crackling fireplace, while wearing a velvet nightgown and smoking a pipe.
