Tetramythos definitely sit in the more lofi spectrum of winemaking with a focus on organic viticulture and minimal or in some cases no added sulphur at all. From 50 year old bush vines, this is all citrus, salinity, blossoms and beachy minerality. Absolutely delicious and interesting to boot.
