Tetramythos definitely sit in the more lofi spectrum of winemaking with a focus on organic viticulture and minimal or in some cases no added sulphur at all. Bright ruby in colour with aromas of both red and black fruit like cherry, sour cherry, and plums together with sweet spices like cinnamon, licorice, herbal notes of eucalyptus, and laurel, notes of grilled meat, and notes of toffee. Elegant and lively on the palate with fresh acid on the long finish.
