Estate Grown Chardonnay sourced from their high density planted vineyards planted at 7700 – 9615 vines per hectare, totalling 9 different, low yielding chardonnay clones. Full malolactic fermentation and 12 months maturation in French oak barrels. White peach, grapefruit pith and grilled nuts with a saline oyster shell finish.
