A Blanc made predominantly of Chardonnay, with a touch of Riesling. Less-serious inclusion, something brighter for this release. It’s approachable and easy to share.
Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in steel, with heavy lees stirring. Nested on full solids prior to bottling. A Tropical and fresh number — no fuss, friendly white. A good one to share, no matter the scene.
