This wine is crafted from a blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Muscat grapes, all cultivated in our own vineyards. Meticulously handpicked, the grapes undergo a unique fermentation and aging process, spending an impressive 200 days on the skins before being gently pressed. The wine is then allowed to rest in well-seasoned demi-muid French oak barrels.
