Over a decade ago, Marco Merli left a life as a fashion designer to make wine in the Umbrian hills, crafting special wines that ooze authenticity and individuality as well as expression of place. This Merlot sees 7 days of Carbonic fermentation before finishing off in stainless steel. It is plummy, dark fruited with a savoury herbaceous edge.
