Started in 1988 amongst the steep slopes of Bugey in Savoie by brothers Roland & Frédéric the estate now comprises of 16 hectares biodynamically farmed vines, worked by hand. Their Chardonnay is surprisingly round and rich in comparison to the leaner, bonier alpine whites that Savoie is known for. Apricot kernel, cashews and stonefruit. Move over Burgundy!
