Merlot (60%), Sangiovese (10%), Mataro Rose (10%), Syrah (20%) & a tiny touch of fume blanc. A blend of many different ferments to create a stylised light, dry red. The base of the wine is carbonic merlot and whole bunch Syrah. The Sangiovese was left on skins for 2 months and the Mataro was directly pressed and barrel fermented as rose.
