Chardonnay (95%), Pinot Noir (5%). The Chardonnay is sourced from the Magpie Springs farm in the Hope Valley, a sandy soiled site located at the top of a hill in close proximity
to the ocean. The Pinot Noir portion is sourced from the east-facing Deanery Vineyard the Piccadilly Valley, on red clay over sandstone.
