Little Frances was established in 2012 by Erin Frances Pooley. It began in California with a single high altitude Semillon bottle-aged before release. Over time, the line-up expanded to include Chenin Blanc, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc, also from Northern California. Recently, Erin fulfilled a long held dream to add Australian wines to the Little Frances collection.

De-stemmed, not crushed and fermented on skins for almost 3 weeks. Pressed to large French puncheons and aged on lees. A gentle tannin structure supports a dark plum and berry fruit profile.
