Always a crowd favourite upon release, the 2022 Watervale is unmistakeably Clare Valley through and through with that classic lime, lemon characteristic. The acidity is tempered somewhat by it's fermentation in a mixture of oak, amphora and stainless which gives it a lovely texture and mouthfeel.
