Something a little different here. Organically farmed Chardonnay (50%), Riesling (25%) and Samling (25%) made in the Solera style similar to Jerez where wine is put into vessel after fermentation and a fraction of it is bottled each year, with the new vintage topping up the barrel resulting in a "house style" spanning many different vintages.
