It has a very fine bead thanks to extra time in bottle. Clean and pure aromas of apple, croissant, raw almond, salt and very minute oxidative notes. Gentle on the palate with tiny bubbles that caress the mouth. Ultimately bright and refreshing. A mix of pleasant sweet citrus, apple and stone fruit, contrasted by a dry saline finish. Very long and complex. A harmonious and balanced sparkling of exceptional quality
