Jerome Bretaudeau took over his family estate in 2001 and now organically farms 6 hectares. Gabbro is the name of the igneous rock on which the vines for this cuvee is planted. An average of 30 years vine age, this wine is aged on its lees with weekly battonage leading to a textural and slightly more mineral than the average Muscadet.
