65% Muscat of Alexandria, carbonically macerated for 20 days plus 35% whole bunch Riesling aged on skins for 3 days. Muscat aged in seasoned French oak, Riesling in Amphora both for 12 months before a rest in stainless steel 1 month before bottling. Perfumed, complex with bright acidity. Unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented & no additions of any kind - just grapes.
