Aaron Fenwick, co-owner of The Summer Astrologist in South Australia's Basket Range also has a deft hand at lofi winemaking. This destemmed Merlot is dark fruited, aromatic and not overly plummy as the varietal sometimes is. More fun than serious but still not purely a "quaffer"
