Cult natural Burgundies from Romain and Jean-Guillaume. Always organic. Always no added sulphur. Great perfume and overall restraint. Fine boned and delicious, with linear drive and silky mouthfeel. Shows incredible winemaking skills in a challenging year, this is very pleasing to drink. Serve slightly chilled.
