This wine serves as an excellent introduction to the Casa Castillo portfolio, showcasing a delightful fusion of Mediterranean herbs and dried grasses, complemented by a generous dark fruits. True to the style of all wines produced by Casa Castillo, it nails the essence of its warm climate origins, while maintaining an ideal balance, free from excessive body, oak, or alcohol. Following fermentation in concrete, it gracefully matures in old, inert foudre for a period of 9 months.
