New vintage from dynamic duo Pierre Cotton and Marine Bonnet. All wines are made from organically farmed Gamay, whole bunch carbonic maceration in concrete tanks then aged in foudre. With an average vine age of 65 years, no SO2 is added at any stage of production. 

Light footed, heady and aromatic with red fruits, spices and ethereal structure.
