New vintage from dynamic duo Pierre Cotton and Marine Bonnet. All wines are made from organically farmed Gamay, whole bunch carbonic maceration in concrete tanks then aged in foudre. With an average vine age of 65 years, no SO2 is added at any stage of production.

From very old vines this is the most structural and serious of the range. Dark fruited, structural tannins, but with a level of freshness and lightness adding a yin/yang character to the wine.
