Battles Wine is a collaboration between ex Houghtons Winemaker Lance Parkin and Rockpool sommelier Kris Ambrozkicwicz. A plush and hearty blend of Mataro and Shiraz showing a core of purple fruits and some young but not aggressive tannin providing really nice structure.
