70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Riesling fermented on skins for 4 weeks. Wild ferment and aged in Austrian oak puncheons for 7 months on full solids. Despite the longer skin contact the 22’ maceration is lighter and more delicate than previous years – a sign of the vintage. Notes of jasmine, kumquat, and green tea.
