Farming 7 hectares around Alcamo, about an hour outside of Palermo, Alexander works with the land, not against it, producing authentic wines of place. The Rosato is classic lofi Sicilian rosato that toes the line between pink and red. A little bit wild, it's tart red fruits and wild spices like thyme and lavender.
